Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email info@dealcubby.com within 15 days of delivery. Photos of the product and packaging are required when requested to verify the issue.
Return Shipping
  • DealCubby covers return shipping costs for approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • For eligible returns due to customer preference, including changed mind, no longer wanted, or ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, altered, damaged through misuse, missing required parts or accessories, or specifically identified as non-returnable. This includes certain specialized, custom, or personal-use products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Provide photos when requested.
  4. Follow the return instructions provided by DealCubby.
